I am the owner of Kodiak Development, LLC, a general contractor and construction management firm located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Kodiak was founded in 1986; I bring 4 decades of construction expertise ranging from modest new construction and repair to multi million dollar remodel projects. Kodiak’s skill in addressing each client’s unique circumstances has yielded a quality reputation in the Twin Cities area – one of which I am very proud.
